Coated in sweet honey and grainy mustard, these sausages are bursting with flavour and utterly moreish. Serves 2
Collect together your equipment (see Recipe Notes below) and ingredients.
Preheat oven to fan oven 180°C /200°C/400°F/Gas 6
Lightly oil the baking tray with the vegetable oil. If food is prone to sticking on your tray, cover with baking parchment.
Spread the cocktail sausages out on the baking tray and cook in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove from the oven and tip into a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with the honey and then the mustard.
If the sausages have released a lot of fat, wipe this off the baking tray. Tip the sausages back onto the tray, making sure they are spread out well.
(If preparing in advance: cover the tray and store in the fridge until you are ready to cook them. Preheat the oven and continue as below.)
Put back in the oven and cook for a further 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked through and lightly caramelised.
Serve hot with some cocktail sticks for easy eating!

If you want to get these ready ahead of time, simply complete instructions 1 - 6. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to cook them. Then, simply remove the cover and pop in a preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked.
